Digital Wellness Habits for Teens and Tweens
This is a workshop / discussion about how to help your kids interact in a healthy way with their digital world.
Digital Health Coach Carole Perciballi will discuss simple and deliberate habits that can help relieve the stress and noise of smartphones. It is not simple, but nothing worthwhile ever is. Parents will understand that much like any academic or athletic support we provide for our kids, digital wellness is another area we can and should support. The goal is not to take away the phones. Instead, the goal is to show how small changes in habits can make big changes in their mental health, their motivation and their overall performance in school.
