Tuesday Yoga
This beginner-friendly yoga class focuses on foundational poses and mindful breathing to build strength, flexibility, and balance. It offers a gentle, accessible flow designed to promote relaxation and body awareness for all levels.
Fee: $35 for full session
Participants must register for the full session prior to their first class. Refunds and/or discounts will not be offered for missed classes. Payments can be made by credit card at the Circulation Desk.
