Light Up the Library: Diwali Celebration (HGR)
Family Event: All Ages
Join us at the library for a joyful celebration of culture, community, and togetherness. Diwali - the Festival of Lights - is a vibrant holiday celebrated by millions around the world, across many backgrounds and traditions. Families of all backgrounds are welcome to come and help us celebrate light, friendship, and unity in a warm and festive atmosphere.
*When registering for our programs, please count only the children attending when asked for the number of people attending. This helps us ensure we have enough materials for each child. Children will be placed in programs based on their age/grade, regardless of their ability.
*Photographs and video footage taken during programs may be used for library publicity. Please tell library staff if you do not want a photo taken of you or your child.
