This class gets your heart rate up with cardio fitness — but those who choose not to do huge impact may turn it down a notch with the same movement, but moving in a much slower, steady pace. We'll do interval training cardio, followed by stretching, with a focus on balance and posture, and then move to back to cardio. Join this interval training workout!
